Aiki-Judo-Jujutsu

Daito-Ryu Aiki-judo-jujutsu
includes techniques from Aikido, Judo, Jiu-jitsu (traditional Japanese as well as Brazilian Jujutsu), and the ancient samurai art of Daito-Ryu. This includes throwing, grappling, and groundwork, as well as chokes, joint locks, and pressure point strikes.

Students learn effective techniques for street self-defense. The strategies of Aiki-judo-jujutsu are to:

  • Compromise the attacker's center of gravity or balance,
  • Use the attacker's own momentum to your advantage, and
  • Disarm and/or disable the opponent using joint locks and pressure point strikes.

In addition, students learn falling, throws, takedowns, grappling and groundwork.
