
Daito-Ryu Aiki-judo-jujutsu,
includes techniques from Aikido, Judo,
Jujutsu (traditional Japanese and Brazilian Jujutsu),
and the ancient samurai art of Daito-Ryu.
This includes throwing, grappling,
and groundwork, as well as chokes, joint locks, and pressure point
strikes.
Students learn effective techniques for street self-defense.
The strategies of Khi-Cong Nhu-Thuat are to:
* Compromise the attacker's center of gravity or balance,
* Use the attacker's own momentum to your advantage, and
* Disarm and/or disable the opponent using joint locks and pressure point strikes.
In addition, students learn falling, throws, takedowns, grappling and groundwork.
